So many free food! Staff are super friendly and courteous. Even tho this hotel is expensive, I'd still want to go back on our next visit. So accessible to restaurants. Thank you! My husband and I had an awesome honeymoon.
Great place to stay. The staff are all very professional and friendly. If you are into beautiful views I suggest room 323. You can see the entire bay from two balconies. I really liked this place as it is right on the boardwalk. The only negative I see and it is not the fault of the hotel but the beach is very dirty. I am "used" to it, but it doesn't really show well of the Philippines. I saw a sign the hotel has that says if you pick up a bag of trash, you can get a free cup of coffee. This is brilliant, and I salute them for doing their part. EDIT: 1 more word of advice. If your shower loses pressure, get out of the water because you are just about ready to get scalded by extremely hot water. It usually happens when a neighbor flushes their toilet.
The employees who work in the facility were all very courteous and friendly, excellent service.
The room is ok but the bed is not comfortable nor the pillows. There is a club nearby that plays loud music all night long and the room glass windows are not soundproof so you can literally hear all the noise!
The waterfront on their website doesn’t look nice in actual. Can’t swim in it (dirty actually). You have to take a taxi to the nearest beach (about 30 minutes away).
The swimming pool has no privacy. It’s next to the hotel restaurant so people eating can literally see anyone swimming.

Only 1 tiny elevator. Barely fits 2 people. Location is nice, clean but more of a 2.5 star. Decent for Subic, but better off staying at CLARK at a 4-5 star. One of the better hotels in Subic, but compared to Makati and Clark, the lighthouse is below grade. Don't expect much. The Tiny 2 person elevator is a joke.
The rooms are overvalued for what they're actually worth. Extremely overrated and not worth the value as there are better places that offer far more better experience in comparison to this. Not family friendly and mediocre at best service. Never again. 😬😬
Today, we visited the Lighthouse Restaurant and unfortunately received poor service. Despite only two guests present, we, a party of seven, felt overlooked. Even after calling the server and obtaining the menu at the counter, no one approached us, leaving us disappointed and feeling discriminated
